This large male grizzly stole this elk carcass from the Canyon Wolf Pack and he is not about to give it up. The elk was killed in North Twin Lake, but the big male grizzly dragged it from the lake to a stand of trees and down timber. The bear broke one of its claws in the process. Note blood on down timber.
