Pronghorn, Yellowstone National Park
A pronghorn buck moves down a ridge along the Yellowstone River at sunrise. While sometimes called "antelope," they are not true antelope. Bucks weigh 100-125 pounds. Does weigh 90-110. They have large eyes and rely on sight and speed for defense. They can run for miles at 45 miles per hour.
